It’s been a really busy time since my last podcast — again highlighting the fact that it is sometimes hard for me to get podcast content out. To combat this, I am trying to restructure the show to make it easier to prepare. The plan for now is to have the same five sections every week and see how that works.

A quick look and some commentary on what’s in my Google Reader. If you are anything like me, you have no chance of getting to all of the great posts on the internet. Unfortunately, I can’t really solve that for you, but I do keep my eye out for great stuff, and I love to share.
This week, I noticed a post by Andrew Hansen where he talks about focus on the most important things in affiliate marketing.
I also discuss a post by Jon Leger. He talks about what got him where he is today, and about how following his passion was a key factor.

Run toward something. When you are working on a part time business, you need to decide why you are doing it. After all, it’s a ton of work and it can take a long time.

Weekly tips about how to do affiliate marketing effectively. Real stuff that really works.
Redirect your links. This has several advantages:
- Allows for changes
- Allows for statistics
- Can have some SEO impact (maybe)
