Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on our site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before it was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
