Staying motivated is often harder than getting motivated in the first place.
In fact, with Internet Business, it is really easy to get motivated initially. After all, on the Internet, anything is possible. You can make any amount of money, become famous, solve the world's problem, launch a new product line and save mankind. And best of all, you can do all of that working only 4 hours per week! 🙂
Yep, read any sales letter on the internet and you will get instant motivation.
This is why it is important to find daily ways in which you can celebrate your achievements; and use these achievements to gain momentum, so that you can stay motivated in the long run.
You can start by defining your goals more clearly. Decide exactly what it is that you want to accomplish; and then break those goals down into a series of objectives that you want to achieve along the way.
Each time you achieve one of these objectives, you should make it a point to celebrate your successes. Give yourself a small reward, take a break, or let others know about what you have accomplished. This will make you feel better about yourself; and will reinforce your achievement of additional objectives.
Set out to accomplish something every day, and celebrate the accomplishment.
OK — I am off to celebrate the completion of this post.

I do believe that goals should be set. These goals serve as your guideposts to avoid going to the right or to the left but straight forward towards what you want to achieve. Goals help you follow a straight path and not go astray.
Hi Mark,
Like you, I actually like my job (most of the time). But eventually I want to be able to go it alone.
To stay motivated, I listen to a ton of internet marketing podcasts during at week to continue my education and take full advantage of my time at work.
Four hours a week though? Maybe I’m not focused enough, but I need to work more hours to get much accomplished.
Stay Motivated!
